Links: I did not realize that you put the links on your post. I thought there was a section on the blog page - failure to report now. I would prefer a section called links so it would not appear in your post. Is that possible?

Week One: Blogging
This post is my assignment for week one of 23 Things Kansas Blogging. I created my blog earlier in week one, but I had an All School Spelling Bee to finish organizing and hold this week so I am doing the week one assignment in two parts.
Feeling About Tool: It was not hard to set up the blog with Blogger though some terms are new and I might not fully understand them. I probably selected a blogging site which has more bells and whistles than I need or will want to use. My concerns are about blogging are general, as a social studies teacher the issue of privacy and ownership of information put on a blog have important implications now and in the future. Do I really have anything to say that someone else would interested in reading, yes it is an electronic journal, but aren't journals for your private use?
Breakthrough and Failure: I really haven't used enough to experience either at this point. I guess a failure is the fact that no one has visited my blog. Spelling tool works differently then I expected.
Links: I am adding two links for now.
Visit Participants Blogs: On my way to visit.
Assignment
Tell a bit about myself: I am a teacher/librarian (school library media specialist) in a 3-5 elementary building (Sunflower Elementary) in Paola, KS. I am taking part in 23 Things as it is not always easy to keep up and use new technology formats and methods, I want to be able to keep up.Feeling About Tool: It was not hard to set up the blog with Blogger though some terms are new and I might not fully understand them.
